Place the tube on a suitable spot in the garden or balcony where it is protected from rain. It contains 3 to 7 breeding cells (controlled through weight). It's possible that some cells in the unopened tubes contain dead bees or parasites.

Store the article immediately on a cold place or outside otherwise will the bees hatch to early. Frost doesn't influence the bees.
